Achieving Goals and giving glory to god!
What does my faith have to do with sports?
The Bible says in Colossians 3:17, "AND WHATEVER YOU DO, WHETHER IN WORD OR DEED, DO IT ALL IN THE NAME OF THE LORD JESUS, GIVING THANKS TO GOD THE FATHER THROUGH HIM."
Leadership
ARM1 will monitor our athletes from 5 years old to the collegiate level. It is critical that every member of the organization feel important. From superstar to the last man on the bench, each person needs to feel ownership in the team's success. As they continue to grow in the program, they will learn to lead by example and help the younger groups.
Trust
Trust is an essential aspect to sports. As coaches, we want to earn trust from our athletes by putting them in the right position for individual and team success. Our goal is to connect with players as individuals. The more we are able to connect with players individually, the more likely we are to prepare them for success in whatever he or she does.
Learning Each Individual
Each player has a unique story. His or her past/current experiences, and relationships have shaped their path. The more we understand each player, the more we can approach them in the manner that is going to help them succeed.
